Processing Fee
$25 This fee is required only from first-time clients in order to set up your schedules and
information with Mercury Endurance. Select this fee only if you have never purchased a training plan through Mercury Endurance
before.

Premium Coaching
$130 One month of individualized coaching. This will include a 20-30 minute phone consult
each month, goal setting, analysis of the previous month, and unlimited email with your coach. You may also opt to schedule
a weekly phone consult. This plan offers the highest level of coach interaction.

Quarterly Training Plan
$300 3 months of training schedules, unlimited email, and monthly reviews. Depending upon
the purpose of the individual's training, this plan may also include additional resources regarding strength training, VO2
and lactate threshold testing, stretching, injury prevention, form work, nutrition, race-day strategies, and reentry after
injury.

Biannual Training Plan
$550 6 months of training schedules, unlimited email, and monthly reviews. Depending upon
the purpose of the individual's training, this plan may also include additional resources regarding strength training, VO2

injury.

$180 12 weeks of coaching in preparation for a 5k race. Plan includes unlimited email with

$180 12 weeks of coaching in preparation for a 10k race. Plan includes unlimited email with
coach, race-day nutrition and strategies, stretching, and strength training.

Half Marathon Training Plan
$230 16 weeks of coaching in preparation for a half marathon. Plan includes unlimited email
with coach, race-day nutrition and strategies, stretching, and strength training.

Marathon Training Plan
$230 16 weeks of coaching in preparation for a marathon. Plan includes unlimited email with
coach, race-day nutrition and strategies, stretching, and strength training.

Century
$230 16 weeks of coaching in preparation for a century ride (100 miler). As with all the
Mercury Endurance training plans, you will receive unlimited email correspondence, nutrition and strategies, and regular,
descriptive training schedules.

Ironman Coaching
$600 This is a 24 week Ironman training plan with an additional 2 weeks of recovery included.
The plan includes unlimited email with coach, race-day nutrition and strategies, stretching, and strength training.

Half Ironman Coaching
$400 This is a 16 week half-ironman training plan. The plan includes unlimited email with
coach, race-day nutrition and strategies, stretching, and strength training.

Olympic Distance Triathlon Coaching
$400 This is a 16 week Olympic-distance training plan. The plan includes unlimited email
with coach, race-day nutrition and strategies, stretching, and strength training.

Sprint Distance Triathlon Coaching
$400 This is a 16 week sprint-distance training plan. The plan includes unlimited email

Personal Training
$40 This is a one-on-one session (in person) to address any aspect of your training. This
includes, but is not limited to, form drills, form analysis, strength training, and discipline-specific skills.

Consult or Season Planning
$40 This is a goal-setting or planning session that can be done in person or over the phone.
This is crucial for organizing your season in order to maximize your time and potential.

|
Bike Fitting
$75 Are you sure that your bike fits you properly? Get your fit checked professionally (certified
fit specialist) to maximize your efficiency and help prevent injury.
